Public Speaking Coach for Executives
As a public speaking coach, I help executives speak with clarity and authority in the rooms where it counts, from the board meeting to the keynote stage. The coaching is confidential, one-on-one and largely virtual.
You speak, I watch, and we work on the habits that decide how the room hears you. I treat what you say and how you say it as one discipline.
What a Public Speaking Coach Does for an Executive
A public speaking coach for executives watches you speak about real work, names the habits that cost you authority, and helps you replace them one at a time. The room judges your message and your delivery at once, so the work covers both.
Executive talks carry decisions and budgets, and the audience is often a board or the whole company. I coach CEOs, C-suite members, rising executives and technical experts who now have to lead. You already know your subject. The goal is a room that understands it and acts on it.
Where Executives Speak
Executives speak in a few settings where one talk can change a decision.
Board and Investor Rooms
Directors and investors have read the numbers before you walk in. They are judging your judgment: whether you lead with the conclusion and hold your position when someone pushes back.

A town hall or a keynote asks you to hold a large room with one clear idea. The work is a strong opening and a message people can repeat after you leave.

The hardest minutes are often unscripted, like a pointed question from the floor. You need a structure you can use in the moment, so your answer has a point.

Most of my coaching happens virtually, so you practice where many executives now present: on camera, in a video call.
Sessions are one-on-one and confidential. I work with leaders wherever they are, and we schedule around travel and board cycles. To start, book the free, confidential 30-minute consultation.
Private coaching. Not a course.
There is no generic speech curriculum. Every session works on your own material, around your own calendar.
Group Training or Private Coaching?
Public speaking training for executives usually means a group course on a set schedule, while private coaching works with you alone, on your own talks.
| Group training | Private coaching | |
|---|---|---|
| Format | A course or workshop with other participants | One-on-one, confidential |
| Material | Exercises written for the whole group | Your real presentations, speeches and meetings |
| Feedback | Shared across the room | Specific to you and your material |
A group course can introduce useful ideas. Changing your habits in the rooms that matter takes work on your own material, and that is what private coaching is for.
When Executives Reach Out
Leaders usually reach out because a specific moment on the calendar is too important to leave to instinct.
- A new CEO or senior leader with a first board meeting, town hall or keynote ahead
- A CFO or finance leader preparing for an earnings call or an investor day
- A technical expert who now has to explain complex work to a board
- A woman executive facing the double bind at the senior level
