Women Managers: The Issue Isn’t Sexuality
A LETTER TO THE EDITOR.
BY ANETT D. GRANT, PRESIDENT, EXECUTIVE SPEAKING INC. — MINNEAPOLIS
I found “You’ve come a long way, baby—but not as far as you thought” (Corporate Woman, Oct. 1) patronizing—”a too bad, how sad, your dad” version about what women are experiencing in corporate America.
Can’t we get beyond this whining about not being allowed into the boys’ club?
The issue facing both men and women in corporate America is not sexuality but flexibility in the face of fundamental industrial change.
