A LETTER TO THE EDITOR.

Your article made me angry. Good public speaking is a learned skill, just as good writing is, not an inherent quality some are born with and some are not. I am tired of women blaming every failure on their sex. What does being a woman have to do with it? Good public speaking requires training, concentration and practice.
